Church Planting Thoughts

The generation born between 1980 and 2000 are called the Millennials.  According to Thom S. Rainer and Jess W. Rainer, co-authors of the book “The Millennials,” this generation has surpassed the Baby Boomers as being both larger and more influential.  The Millennials are highly motivated to serve society, and in a study that interviewed 1200 members of this generation, 96% believed that in their lifetime they would do something great. 
If you are a Millennial, you need to consider Church Planting.  What greater thing could you do with your life than to impact the growth of the kingdom of the King of kings by building His church?  You could be used to change hundreds of lives. 

If you are a pastor with millennials in your congregation,  you need to help them to see the possibilities of the amazing things that God could use them to do.  Challenge them to do great things.  They just might do it.
