NEW Accommodation Process
Book accommodations with your registration or separately.
Rooms can be reserved at the same time as your Program & Meals ticket or in a separate transaction. There are many accommodation options—be sure to scroll through the list to find the best fit for you. Questions? Contact Eric Veen.
Request a roommate (optional).
If you would like to share a room but are registering individually, select a Shared Room option. During checkout, you may optionally request a specific roommate.* This allows each person to register and pay only their portion of the accommodation cost.
*Be sure both individuals select the same accommodation type.
One person books the room.
Alternatively, one person may reserve the accommodation and collect each roommate’s share of the cost. In this case, the other individuals only need to purchase their Program & Meals ticket.
Bringing a larger group?
Consider booking one of the Summerset Cottage options, which are ideal for groups attending together. Be sure that each person in your group also registers for a Program & Meals ticket.

Campground
Campsites must be booked directly with the campground.
- If you have a tent or trailer, an alternative option to MBC’s hotel room accomodations — can save money as well.
- Spring sale on individual camp sites (3 nights for the price of 2).

- Two Queen Beds
- Can be booked for single or double occupancy
The Lakeside
The following room types are available in our Lakeside accommodation.
- Garden View (accessible friendly): 2 double beds, 3 piece bath, and air conditioning (518, 519). Can be booked for single or double occupancy
- Garden View: 2 queen beds, 4 piece bath, and air conditioning (520, 521). Can be booked for single or double occupancy
- Lake view: 2 queen beds, 4 piece bath, and air conditioning (522-529). Can be booked for single or double occupancy
- Queen: 1 queen bed, 3 piece bath, and a view of the lake from the patio (510-512, 517). Can be booked for single occupancy only.
- Suite: 1 queen bed, sitting room with sofa-bed, 3 piece bath, and a view of the lake from the patio (513, 516). Can be booked for single occupancy only.
Cabin
- Two bedrooms plus sitting room
- First bedroom features a queen bed
- Second bedroom features single bunk beds
- Sitting room features a day bed with a pull-out trundle bed below, as well as a mini fridge
- 3 piece bath
- Can be booked for single or double, triple, quadruple OR quintuple occupancy making this our most affordable accommodations (other than booking a camp site and pitching your own tent).
The Premium Suites
- 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed
- Living room with sofa bed
- Can only be booked entirely. Max 3 occupancy (without sharing beds).

FAQs
Who should attend the Pastor’s Retreat?
This is a time for men who serve in Pastoral ministry to get away and be reminded that we are Rooted in Christ. Refreshed in Community. Return renewed.
What are MBC’s policies and guidelines?
MBC is a smoke, vape, alcohol and pet free site. Out of consideration for our neighbours, our quiet hours begin after 11 PM. Indoor shoes are required while using the Gymnasium.
Is there a place to plug in my electric vehicle?
Yes there is! Out front of MBC’s Lodge building, the lamp posts at our white fence have plug outlets at the base. These are standard plugs; you would require an adaptor to plug in your vehicle. Additionally, Huntsville Place Mall, located 17 minutes north of MBC, have Tesla Supercharger stations.
Can I bring my boat?
Yes, MBC has a boat launch (note it is narrow) and we have access to the marina each afternoon.
What activities are there
The Best Beach in Muskoka! / Canoeing & Kayaking / Paddle Boarding / Boating (your own) / Tennis / Pickle Ball / Disc Golf / Beach Volleyball / Shuffleboard / Bocce / Tetherball / Hiking Trails / Gymnasium (Basketball/Volleyball)
Is there a nearby Golf Couse?
Yes, North Granite Ridge Golf course is a short 12 minute drive from MBC. Individuals or self arranged foursomes are welcome to utilize their freetime afternoons to play a round of golf on Tuesday or Wednesday. (Course contact info: 476 S Mary Lake Rd., Port Sydney, ON P0B 1L0 / 705-385-0808)
Are there taxes included in my registration? My Eventbrite receipt doesn’t show any.
Registration for the Pastor’s Retreat is processed through FEB Central, not MBC. No taxes are added to your registration, so your Eventbrite receipt will not show any tax charges.
Refund & Ticket Policy
- No refunds will be issued within 17 days of the Pastor’s Retreat (after May 15, 2026).
- Before 17 days out (on or before May 15, 2026), refunds may be granted minus Eventbrite fees (if required).
- Need to transfer your spot? You may do so, but you must notify us so the ticket can be officially transferred into the new attendee’s name.
