Here at FEB Central, our Leadership Development department helps churches find staff who will be a good fit for each unique ministry setting.
Our Pastoral Candidate Profile System is the primary tool candidates use to fill out a profile which is submitted to FEB Central. Each profile is reviewed and matched with potential church positions. The profile is then sent to that churches search team.
Churches looking to post positions just need to send the job description to churchvitality@febcentral.ca for posting on our Ministry Opportunity page.
