Our vision is that each leader in our movement will have one or more experienced mature leaders (a Paul) who can invest in and walk with them (mentor) in ministry and that they in turn would be able to take that support and pour into another leader (a Timothy - mentee). Our FEB Central team seeks to mentor and coach (a more focused type of support) our leaders and assist them in taking truth and practically implementing that in their ministry setting.
