The Gathering is an annual retreat, hosted at Muskoka Bible Centre (MBC), for youth pastors and directors. Held each January, it provides an opportunity to begin the calendar year by stepping away from the challenges and demands of youth ministry and stepping into the light yoke of Jesus.

The goal is to create a space to slow down and find rest, encouragement, and renewal, so that leaders can faithfully and joyfully serve now and for years to come. Together, leaders open the Word, pray, worship, and engage in meaningful conversations with peers about their calling, life, and ministry. All while enjoying great food, having fun, and building lasting, meaningful friendships.
