We know the church is to be making disciples and making known the “manifold wisdom of God” - to be fruitful and to multiply as it fulfills its mission. But we also know the many challenges in accomplishing this task!
It’s our privilege to journey with pastors and church leaders assisting them in taking the next steps toward a healthier church.
We partner together in this great cause, because we know the church is God’s instrument delivering the life changing message of Christ to our communities and to the world.

Tim Strickland, Church Vitality Director
Tim was born and raised in Toronto and trusted in the Lord at a young age. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Master of Divinity degree at Tyndale Seminary and Doctor of Ministry degree at Denver Seminary, where he wrote his doctoral thesis, Leadership in Church Revitalization.
Tim has served in small, mid-sized and large churches, in rural, suburban and urban settings. Tim and his wife Carol live in Hamilton and have three grown children.
His favourite verse is 1 Corinthians 15:58: Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
